Cycle with the Pros
Join us for our 4th annual Cycle With the Pros. We start the day drinking coffee, eating pastries, and swapping stories with our cycling pro, Andrew Talansky. There will be some very special additional guests joining throughout the day. Andrew will lead us on a fully supported, classic Napa Valley route where we will experience what it is truly like to ride like a pro. Upon returning, we will sit down for a family‐style feast from the day and bond as a group. Come experience this phenomenal cycling opportunity and Blue Oak School tradition! Skeet Shooting & Hudson Ranch

Ian Cauble is a distinguished figure in the wine industry, holding the esteemed title of Master Sommelier, a distinction achieved by only 274 individuals worldwide since the exam's inception in 1969. Ian's passion and expertise have garnered numerous accolades, including winning the coveted title of 'Best Young Sommelier in the World' in Athens in 2011, and taking first place at TOP|SOMM in the United States the same year. He was also featured in the renowned wine documentary, SOMM, in 2012, which chronicled his arduous quest to become a Master Sommelier.

Dim Sum Cooking Class at Green Gables
Learn the culinary art of dim sum making with renowned chef, Henry Hsu, at this private cooking class for up to ten lucky guests. Hosted at the Three Gables Estate in Napa, you will learn to prepare a spectacular dim sum dinner menu from start to finish. The best part will be enjoying the delicious creations afterward! A highlight of the experience will be our hosts opening their exquisite private cellar to guests, selecting wines to perfectly pair with each course. Chef Henry Hsu's bio:
Henry is a Taiwanese American self-taught chef who hails from an eclectic background. He's worked in various fields including fashion, architecture, and furniture design/hile. Living in Quito, Ecuador, Henry began to recreate the dishes he remembered fondly from his upbringing, but he found himself without easy access to Asian pantry items. He started to make his own dumpling skins from scratch and began hosting and catering dinners. He's been working for local Bay Area tofu maker, Hodo, for the past decade whilst popping up with his Taiwanese inspired menus and cooking classes under the auspices of @OramasamaDumplings. You can find him currently collaborating at @DumplingClubSF and working the line at the new Mission Neighborhood hotspot, @PigletCoSF.

Drag Queen Cabaret and Bubbles
